When you want a quicker than quick snack that's both super healthy and super cute? Super mylk. Obvs.
Ok so here it is..
- Take 2 cups of your nearest and dearest mylk (although you've probably got a stash of this easy peasy cashew mylk readymade and chillin in the fridge, duh)
- Then take 2-3 teaspoons of your favourite blend
- Half a banana for extra energy, magnesium, potassium an ting
- Put both in the party room we call the blender - blend and go
As always, frozen bananas are the one because they kill two birds with one stone by being both sweet and cold. Yay da banans.
